CrossFit gave me the opportunity to fitness with like minded individuals and to be a part of a community. I have never been one to workout individually and enjoy that time. Coming into this community allowed me to meet awesome individuals and generate great friends. I enjoy coaching because it allows me to pass on the knowledge I have to help our clients move safely and efficiently. I love the technical side of coaching and being able to tweak things to fix movement problems. Coaching gets me out of my comfort zone and it is rewarding to see someone grow from a novice to someone who is confident in their abilities.

I came to CrossFit seeking a way to get out of pain caused by a running injury. Today, I’m pain free and enjoying the different facets of fitness CrossFit exposes me to. My goal as a coach is to improve the quality and longevity of our members’ lives as they begin to see fitness in a new way and challenge themselves to new heights!
