I started crossfit to train for a tough mudder. A coworker had suggested it and the intention was to train for the six months before the race and go back to life as normal. Three years later and I’m still here. I’ve competed in sports my whole life, but nothing has kept me motivated like crossfit.
We have always worked out together, but entering into this new journey together has been great! We have new goals to talk about and set. We also have new victories to celebrate. We joined wanting to take our fitness to a new level. From day one we knew we would love it!
I was nervous because I hadn’t worked out in 15 years and was in the worst shape of my life. I have made it almost 6 months and I am in the best shape I have been in a long time. Overall my experience here has been life changing from getting into shape to gaining a new family!
